Consignment Agreement

Scope & Term

• Canada-only marketplace during Phase 1.
• Term: 90 days from check-in. You may request return anytime; return shipping is at your cost.

Commission & Costs

• Commission: 15% of the sale price (unless a different tier is agreed in writing).
• Inbound shipping: You cover shipping to us.
• Outbound shipping/insurance: Paid by the buyer.
• Optional services (e.g., light seals/CLA/photo extras) are quoted and pre-approved by you.

Pricing & Reductions

• We propose a live price based on market comps.
• Optional markdown ladder: −5% every 21 days. You pre-approve the ladder; we may execute within those bounds without additional consent.

Verification & Listing

• We perform a bench test and grade the item (A/B+/B/B-/C).
• We disclose known issues honestly. You must disclose past repairs/faults you know about.

Payouts

• e-Transfer within 7 days after the buyer’s 72-hour inspection window expires (and any return is resolved).
• You receive a statement: sale price − commission − any pre-approved service costs.

Title & Risk

• You confirm lawful ownership and the right to sell.
• Items are insured while in our possession. We are not responsible for latent defects or value loss due to age.

Prohibited/Restricted Items

• Counterfeit, stolen, dangerous goods, or items violating Canadian law. We may decline any item at our discretion.

Governing Law

• British Columbia, Canada. Disputes resolved in BC Provincial Court (Small Claims) unless both parties agree otherwise.
